Shift 01

Review a diff, not a trace.

Verify outcomes by reading a structured diff of what changed in your business state. Which resources were modified, by whom, and why. Full execution traces are there if you need them, but you won't.

One resident AI, not a committee of specialists.

Multi-agent systems recreate the exact dysfunction they were supposed to fix. Partial views, lossy handoffs, back-and-forth coordination. RARS internalizes one collaborative context graph of the data, decisions, and actions that led to an outcome. One AI, full context.

Shift 03

Stop reacting. Start planning.

Reactive agent loops re-infer every step. Plans drift, errors compound. RARS separates reasoning from execution: while the AI is exploring the graph it loops; when it decides to act, it writes a deterministic program and hands it to the runtime to execute. The plan runs as written.
