The CLI and authoring tools open this week. The matrix specification and the runtime open as each is ready. The matrix specification and the authoring tools ship under Apache 2.0. The runtime ships under GPLv3, with a commercial license for embedders. The Matrix Registry is free and public. Use the runtime, publish matrices, install what others have published.
